It's never too late to be who you might have been.
-George Eliot
No two clients are ever the same. I don't believe that one strategy, tip, or trick can be applied to everyone; it's about discovering what resonates with you as an individual. By getting clear on who you really are and what you really value, together we can establish your vision and the path you want to take to get there.
I pull from my background in psychology to support you in achieving a growth mindset, staying motivated through aligning with your core values, and overcoming limiting beliefs and negative self-talk.
I help people-pleasers set and achieve goals that feel value-aligned, energy-aligned, and meaningful. You don’t need to let a job you’re not passionate about suck your soul out.
I also love teaching people about the burnout cycle and how you can break it by slowing down and building more balance into your life. If you do actually love your career, but you're still burning out, we should definitely talk!
I’m a pro when it comes to burnout and career pivots.
My first career was in hospitality. Filling in on my college campus’ Special Events team over the summer, I was told I was a natural and should stay on for the rest of my college career.
A few years after I’d graduated with my bachelor’s in psychology, I found myself being trained at a hotel in accounting. Next thing I knew, it had been 7 years since the pivot out of catering and into the world of Excel spreadsheets and meetings that could have been emails, and I'd held 7 different accounting-related titles.
One morning, while working from home, I had a moment of intense clarity: life is too short to be ✨this unhappy and unfulfilled✨ (and underpaid). So I quit my corporate payroll & purchasing & accounting job effective immediately.
I took a month off to decompress and revisit topics I hadn’t thought about in years, like my values, strengths, wants, needs, passions, calling, and even my real personality.
Now I'm an ICF-certified coach, and I can finally say honestly that I am happy and I know that I'm on the right path for me.
Disclaimer: I'm a recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist, and sometimes my inner critics still get loud. I'm a work in progress like anyone else. *Cue Hannah Montana's "Nobody's Perfect"
When I’m not coaching, you can find me: playing with my cat, reading, practicing yoga, exploring the outdoors, watching reality TV, or indulging in some sort of creative hobby.
I send out one email on the first Monday of every month sharing what I've been up to personally and professionally, links for free virtual events and resources, and anything else that's relevant. Subscribe below to stay in the loop!
